Face-to-face, phone or video in Norwich
For short, urgent conversations in Norwich (a GP receptionist call, a doorstep statement, an emergency department triage), telephone Gaddang interpreting is on demand and connects within minutes. For longer or more sensitive appointments (a contested hearing, a mental-health assessment, a customer meeting), face-to-face in Norwich is worth the extra time it takes to confirm. Video works well when the parties are in different places but eye contact still matters.
How long it takes to confirm in Norwich
Telephone Gaddang is on demand. Face-to-face appointments in Norwich can usually be confirmed within a few hours. Less common Gaddang dialects benefit from a day or two's notice; that's normally enough to get you the strongest interpreter rather than the only available one.

Gaddang interpreting in Norwich: FAQs
How much does a Gaddang interpreter cost in Norwich?
Cost depends on the language, the type of appointment, how long it is and how much notice you can give. There isn't a single hourly figure that's honest across NHS, legal and private work in Norwich. Send the basics through the quote form and we'll come back with a price.
How do you pick the right interpreter for my Norwich appointment?
We match on three things: subject experience (an NHS booking goes to a Gaddang interpreter who has worked in NHS settings, not just any interpreter), Gaddang dialect, and availability for your time and place in Norwich. If you have a preferred linguist from a previous job, we'll try them first.
Can you cover urgent / same-day Gaddang requests in Norwich?
Telephone Gaddang is on demand. For face-to-face in Norwich, same-day is often possible for the more common languages; for less common dialects, give us a day's notice if you can and we'll get you the right person.

About Norwich
Norwich is a cathedral city and the main hub for its part of East Anglia, with a strong service sector and an active community life. As the largest centre for miles around, it draws people from many backgrounds into its offices, surgeries and public services, and language support is often needed to keep things clear. Local solicitors and legal firms ask for certified translations of official papers. GP surgeries, health centres and clinics arrange interpreters so patients are properly understood, and council and local authority services help residents who are new to the area. Schools and colleges work with multilingual families, and local businesses need translations when trading beyond the UK. Prism Linguistics provides certified document translation, face-to-face interpreting, and telephone and video interpreting in more than 300 languages. Every assignment is completed by a qualified native-speaker linguist and reviewed by a second linguist, so accuracy is double-checked. We keep all work confidential and compliant with UK GDPR. Coverage runs across Norwich and the wider region, in person or remotely depending on the setting.

About the Gaddang language
Gaddang is a minority language of northern Luzon in the Philippines, spoken along the Magat and upper Cagayan rivers in Nueva Vizcaya and Isabela. Although the UK has a large Filipino community, most of its members speak Tagalog or other major Philippine languages, and Gaddang speakers are only a small scattered part of it. Requests are therefore rare and usually involve a single civil document or an academic transcript assessed by UK ENIC, or supporting papers for a Home Office or UKVI application. Gaddang has around 30,000 speakers, and the language is itself in decline as younger generations shift to Filipino and English.
