About the Dogri language
Dogri is an Indo-Aryan language of the Western Pahari group, spoken mainly in the Jammu region of India, and since 2003 one of the languages listed in the Indian constitution's Eighth Schedule. Its speakers in Britain form a small part of the wider Indian and Jammu and Kashmir community, without a distinct settlement pattern of their own, so Dogri requests tend to be occasional.
